The Planning Board meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Meetings are at the Town Hall at 7:00pm.

The Planning Board Applicant Workshop meets the 1^st Wednesday afternoon at the Highway Complex. Applicants must call ahead to make an appointment to meet with the Board at the Workshop meetings. Please note, the workshop meetings are informal!

The Zoning Board meets the first Wednesday of every month. These meetings are at the Town Hall at 7:00pm. See "Documents" below for the Town of Ulster Zoning Code Book and a general information Town Zoning Map.
