Ulster Sewer Accepting Bids for New Sewer Truck

Sealed bids for a Light Duty, 4WD dump, plow and sander truck will be accepted until 2:00 PM, January 9, 2009.

PURSUANT TO Section 103D of General Municipal Law, the Town of Ulster Sewer Superintendent will receive at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Office Building, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, until 2:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2009, sealed bids for the furnishing of the Town of Ulster the following:

1. Light duty 4WD dump, plow and sander truck

Scroll to "Documents" below for specifications and information.  Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked as to the contents within.  Bids will be accepted until the aforementioned time.  The Ulster Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Vendors' attention is called to provisions of Section 103D of General Municipal Law.  Non-Collusive Bidding Certifications must accompany all bids.
