The Town of Ulster Town Board passed a resolution at the January 15th Town Board Meeting that directs the Town Engineer to prepare definite plans and specifications as well as an updated estimate of expenses for the construction of the extension of Frank Sottile Blvd. Also, with the assistance of the Town Attorney a proposed contract for the work will be prepared. The attached Public Interest Order has a description of the Town of Ulster Development Facilitation Improvement District No. 2 that will be assessed the costs of the Frank Sottile Blvd. improvements. * * * * *
