Town Board to Conduct Public Hearings on Thursday, March 19th

The Town of Ulster will conduct two Public Hearings on Thursday, March 19th at the Town of Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine.

Public Hearing at 7:00 PM:

The adoption of Local Laws to establish minimum Stormwater Management requirements and controls to protect and safeguard the general health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Town of Ulster. All interested parties will be heard at the said Public Hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.

Copies of the proposed Local Laws are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours OR scroll down to "Documents" below and click on "2008 Local Law #3 - Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control" and also "2008 Local Law #4 - Municipal Separate Stormwater Sewer System Management and Control". 

Public Hearing at 7:15 PM:

The adoption of Local Law revising the Fee Schedule for the Town.  All interested parties will be heard at the said Public Hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
