The Town Board has scheduled a Workshop Meeting in August for Thursday, August 6th at 7:00pm in the Ulster Town Hall. There will also be two Public Hearings that night:
7:15 - Proposed Local Law #5 of 2009, Flood Damage Prevention 7:30 - Proposed Local Law #6 of 2009, Town of Ulster Contractor Licensing Law * * * * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 7:15 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, upon the adoption of local law to repeal Chapter 87 of town code and replace it with new chapter pertaining to Flood Damage prevention. Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the town website. All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing. By order of the Town Board Jason Cosenza, RMC FHCO
