The Town of Ulster Library has scheduled a Public Hearing on the 2010 budget and a Meet the Candidates Night for Monday, August 24th at 5:00pm. The Budget Vote will be on Thursday, September 3, 2009. The vote will be held from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The Public Hearing/Meet the Candidates Night and the Budget Vote will all be held at the Town Library, 860 Ulster Avenue.
