The Town Board has scheduled four Public Hearing for Thursday, February 4th:
Click on the "Headline" to view complete information * * * * * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, upon the adoption of a local law to abolish the Police Commission of the Town of Ulster and transfer the powers of said Police Commission to the elected Town Board. Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the town website. All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing. The project is located on 1987 Ulster Avenue, SBL #39.015-5-15.1 & 18, on a 1.8 acre property in a HC zone. The hearing is for consideration of site plan re-approval.
