NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on May 20. 2010 at 7:25 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, before the Ulster Town Board on the application of Eddyville Corp. for a special permit for selective logging on the lands of Land of Eddyville Corporation (400 acres) located on parcel lot # 56.14-2-16.100 located on Old Route 32, Kingston, New York in an R-60 zone. At this time all interested parties will be heard.
