PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 7:10pm at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, upon the adoption of a local law to adopt a new Article II, Terminology, pertaining to Chapter 190 of the Town Zoning Law to conform to the Town's Comprehensive Master Plan.
Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours. All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
