The Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday June 3rd at 7:20pm pertaining to Chapter 190 of the Town Zoning Law, to conform to the Town's Comprehensive Master Plan.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 7:20pm at the Ulster Town Hall, Lake Katrine, New York, upon the adoption of a local law to adopt a New Section 190-69 of the Town Code - Summary of Permitted Uses by Zoning District, pertaining to Chapter 190 of the Town Zoning Law to conform to the Town's Comprehensive Master Plan.

  

Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and online on the Town's website.  All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
