Town Board Schedules Public Hearing for August 5th

The Town of Ulster has scheduled a Public Hearing regarding the proposed Cable Television Franchise Renewal Agreement for Thursday, August 5th at 7:15 PM.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 7:15 PM at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York, upon a proposed Cable Television Franchise Renewal Agreement.

Copies of the proposed renewal agreement are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the Town's website.  All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
