The Town of Ulster Town Board has scheduled three public hearings on Thursday, August 19th.
* * * * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct three public hearings on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York. The first hearing will be regarding the proposed kayak park located adjacent to the Town Hall at 7:15 PM. The second hearing will begin at 7:40 PM in regard to Prestige KIA Auto Dealership seeking approval to construct a 16,950 square foot addition to an existing building located at 400-416 Neighborhood Drive. The third hearing will be held at 7:50 PM in regard to a proposed local law allowing the temporary blocking of streets.
Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the Town's website. All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
