Highway Department Without Secretary

Highway Superintendent Frank Petramale advises the public that the department is temporarily operating without a secretary.  If you need to contact the Highway Department and find no one working in the office please leave a telephone message at (845) 338-0193, send an email to the Superintendent at fpetramale@townofulster.org or at the Highway Complex you may leave a message with anyone in the Assessor's Office or Building Department.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC from the Highway Superintendent

The secretary to the Highway Department has retired.  We are currently in the process of filling the position.  During this time of transition there will be times when no one is in the Highway Office to handle your calls or address questions if you stop in.  I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.  Please leave a telephone message, send an email or leave your name and telephone number with someone in the Assessor's Office or the Building Department at the Highway Complex.  I will get back to you as soon as possible.
