NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York. The hearing will begin at 7:45 PM on a proposed agreement between the City of Kingston and the Town of Ulster for the Hudson Landing Sewer District.
Copies of the proposed agreement are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the town website. All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
