Public Hearing on Revised Zoning Code Table

The Town Board will conduct a Public Hearing on a proposed law adopting a revised Town of Ulster Zoning Code Table.  The Public Hearing is scheduled for Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 7:15 in the Town Hall.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ulster Town Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Ulster Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, New York. The hearing will begin at 7:15 PM on a proposed local law providing for the adoption of a revised Town of Ulster Zoning Code Table

Copies of the proposed local law are available for viewing at the Ulster Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours and on the town website.  All interested parties will be heard at the said public hearing, or by written statements received prior to the close of the hearing.
