PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ulster Water Department is soliciting bids for chemicals to be delivered weekly to the water plant at Fording Place Road, Lake Katrine:
Approximately 2100 lbs. Chlorine Gas per year in 150 lb. Cylinders.
Bid prices in effect from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014
Bids will be received until 3:29 PM on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at the Office of the Town Clerk, 1 Town Hall Dr., Lake Katrine, New York 12449. The opening of all bids will be public, promptly 3:30 PM the same day. The Town of Ulster reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Non-collusive bidding certificates are to accompany each bid.

Approximately 195 tons of salt to be equal to AKZO TX10, CARGILL TOP-FLO, MORTON PUREX QUALITY, from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Ulster Whittier Sewer District is soliciting bids for chlorine gas to be delivered weekly to the Whittier Waste Water Treatment Facility at 380 Ulster Landing Road, Kingston, NY 12401 between the hours of 7 AM & 2 PM, Monday - Friday;
Approximately 600 lbs + chlorine gas in 150 lb cylinders. Container deposits will not be forfeited if empty containers are not return within 6 months. Bid price in effect from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014
All billing invoices will be made to: Whittier Sewer District, 1 Town Hall Drive, Lake Katrine, NY 12449
