Robert Post Park The Town of Ulster Recreation Department sponsors a CHILDREN'S SUMMER CAMP PROGRAM each summer. Registration usually takes place in June. Click here for more information. Open May 1st-October 31st Times: Until Memorial Day and after Labor Day, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Memorial Day - Labor Day, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm Post Park is situated on the scenic Hudson River in close proximity to the Kingston/Rhinecliff Bridge. It offers picnic tables and charcoal BBQ stands along the waters edge as well as a playground, soccer field, volleyball court, bocce courts; horseshoe pit, bathroom facilities and two pavilions.
